VISION

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing comprehensive primary care services in English and Spanish and do not discriminate patients based upon the individual's inability to pay; whether payment for services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP; and the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. As an FQHC clinic we meet a stringent set of requirements, including providing care on a slider fee scale based on ability to pay and operating under a governing board that includes patients.
