To help youth define their own health and relationship goals by providing comprehensive, inclusive, and medically accurate sexual health education through outreach and community partnerships.

We focus on supporting healthy relationships, reducing unplanned pregnancy, and preventing sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.
You can find us facilitating sex education, working in coalitions, and helping individual youth access health care and community resources.
THO has worked with schools, youth programs, and community partners since 1991.
